Shipping Policy

All Alundrart products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Orders are shipped using standard tracked delivery whenever tracking is available. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and products ordered.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $60 USD to the United States and on orders over $80 USD to Europe and the United Kingdom.

Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and production partner. Tracking information is provided by email once your order has shipped.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with the carrier and production partner. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.
