Refund policy

If an item or its printing is defective (rips, holes, printing issues) or the order is lost in transit, we will be happy to replace the item at no extra cost.

We do not accept any returns or exchange items that were ordered incorrectly (e.g. wrong color/size, incorrect address, or an incomplete address). Orders sent back to our print centers can't be resent since we don't have space to store unwanted or returned items.

We do not accept refunds due to the nature of items being printed specifically for each customer.

We do not refund returned orders due to the "addressee unknown" status. It is the responsibility of the buyer to include the correct shipping information, including but not limited to the addressee's name.
