At Alundrart, all products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer once an order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:

- Ordering the wrong size

- Ordering the wrong color

- Providing an incorrect shipping address

- Changing your mind after placing an order

- Accidental purchases

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with the carrier and production partner.

If the package is confirmed as lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production has started.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled because each item is manufactured specifically for that order.

European Union Customers

Customers located in the European Union may have statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

All products sold by Alundrart are produced individually on demand after an order is placed and are not kept in stock.

For this reason, once production has started, orders are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, lost in transit, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law.

Exceptions and Goodwill Resolutions

Our general policy is that made-to-order products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, lost in transit, or incorrectly fulfilled.

However, in exceptional circumstances, we may choose to offer a goodwill solution at our sole discretion.

Any goodwill refund, replacement, discount, store credit, or alternative solution provided in a specific case does not modify this policy and does not create an obligation to offer the same solution in future cases.
