European Union Right of Withdrawal

This information applies to customers located in the European Union.

Under EU consumer protection legislation, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from distance purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.

However, Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU provides an exception for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

All products sold by Alundrart are produced individually on demand after an order is placed. Products are manufactured specifically for each order and are not kept in stock.

For this reason, once production has started, certain orders may fall within the exceptions provided by Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

This does not affect your legal rights regarding products that are:

• Damaged during transit
• Defective or misprinted
• Incorrectly fulfilled
• Lost during shipment

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Goodwill Resolutions

While our products are made to order and are generally not eligible for return once production has started, we value customer satisfaction and may, at our sole discretion, offer a goodwill solution in exceptional circumstances.

Any refund, replacement, store credit, discount, or alternative solution offered as a goodwill gesture does not modify our general policies and does not create an obligation to provide the same solution in future cases.
